Generate downloadable reports using Time Captis

Generate downloadable reports using Time Captis and analyze your time tracking data for various purposes including billing and invoicing. Have a look at our quick and easy-to-follow video tutorial or refer to the detailed instructions in the step by step guide below.

1. Sign in to your Time Captis Account

2. Click on ‘Reports‘ from the Dashboard menu and you shall land on a page similar to the one as shown below.



TimeCaptis offers four different types of reports:

a. Standard Productivity Report: This report give you a way to gauge how productive you are based on time time spent on different activities, giving you an accurate picture of your day. You can use the filters on the top as shown below and can generate reports as per your need. You can export the report to an Excel file or a PDF file as per your need.



b. Client Report: This report give you a details of all your Clients. You can use the filter on the top or the search option and can generate reports as per your need. You can print Labels of your Clients as per your need.



c. Contact Report: This report give you a details of all your Contacts. You can use the filter on the top or the search option and can generate reports as per your need. You can print Labels of your Contacts as per your need.



d. DoB Report: This report give you a details of all your Clients and Contacts based on their Date of Birth. You can use the filter on the top or the search option and can generate reports as per your need.
