Time Captis is a cloud-based time tracking and information organizer app available in subscription basis that allows you to boost your productivity by helping you identify the areas where you can be more efficient. It allows you to keep track of the time you spend and make informed decisions. In addition, you can manage Calendars, Tasks, Notes, Clients, Contacts, To-Dos etc, where all your data is interconnected and is available for you from anywhere, anytime and on any device.

2. What are the hardware and software requirements to use Time Captis?

You can access and use Time Captis wherever you have an Internet connection using any device running a supported browser with JavaScript enabled. Make sure that you use the latest version of the browser for security reasons.

3. Is my data stored in a secure environment?

We take security seriously. All your data is hosted in Type IV data centres that adhere to all the major security standards. Time Captis is on SSL and we ensure that it is always up to date with the latest security patches to keep your data safe.

4. Can I use Time Captis offline?

No. Time Captis works only when your device is connected to the Internet.

5. Does Time Captis work for individuals?

Yes. With Time Captis, individuals can also manage their own time, tasks and information more effectively.

6. Do you also have mobile applications for Time Captis?

We have an iPhone app and an Android app. The apps work in the similar way as the web application and are useful for people who need to track time away from their computers, or want to edit/review their task, to-do and event list on their phone.

7. Does Time Captis offer Free Subscription?

Yes. We have an option for Free Subscription for Time Captis for a single user with restrictions on the number of contacts, clients that one can create and disk space available  to store data/documents etc.

8. For how long is the Free Subscription valid?

The Free Subscription is valid forever.

9. How much does a Paid Subscription of Time Captis cost?

You can see the details on the pricing page. Also, you can use coupons to get the PRO Subscription at a discounted rate.

10. Can I Upgrade my Free Time Captis subscription at any time?

Yes, you can.

11. What are the payment methods accepted by Time Captis?

Time Captis allows you to make payment using PayPal. When you subscribe for a PRO Subscription or you would like to upgrade your Free Subscription with Time Captis, you can make the payment with PayPal. The steps outlined in the help article, shall guide you through the process.

11. Can I cancel my Time Captis Subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your Time Captis Subscription at any point. If you decide to cancel your subscription, you can download your data and documents and save it to another location or transfer it to your convenient program. You should save your data before you cancel as it will be destroyed and deleted once your subscription ends.
